Harley just launched their own video channel on YouTube. The channel will showcase everything from new model launches, events such as the recent 105th anniversary, to rider interviews, and  and racing highlights. Harley kicked off the new channel with a look at the new '09 models specifically the V-Rod Muscle and an in-depth look at the all new touring frame.

YouTube is one of the largest video hosting sites on the internet, and has been the launching pad for many viral videos that have swept the world with users forwarding their favorite video clips to friends and family across the globe. If this is all new to you and you're thinking to yourself "I've never heard of this YouTube before," ask your kids or any person under the age of 30 and not only will they clue you in, but you'll also get a good idea at Harley next big target demographic. I've said it before in one of my editorials and I'll say it again here, Harley's has aggressively been going after the younger riders through marketing and advertising, and now finally through their bikes with the dark custom line.

The median age of a Harley owner isn't getting any younger, in fact it's continually been getting older. And it seems Harley is finally addressing this issue, and this YouTube channel is another to tool they've added to their toolbox to help get into the hears, minds and garages of these younger generations. Now I just hope they provide video content that will appeal to the younger kids.
