I got up pretty early this morning and went straight to One Eyed Jacks Saloon to get some breakfast. I knew it was going to be a long day so food early on was a necessity. Once I got to Lazelle I went directly to the AMD World Champ Lot to check things out.
I got up pretty early this morning and went straight to One Eyed Jacks Saloon to get some breakfast. I knew it was going to be a long day so food early on was a necessity. Once I got to Lazelle I went directly to the AMD World Champ Lot to check things out. There were some big name vendors, Big Dog, S&S, OCC and the likes. Moving along Lazelle it was quickly evident that traffic was very light. I talked with a couple people who said tat they’ve seen several hotels vacancies (which never happens). The good thing was it made it easier to get around with less people in town, but vendors were saying people were happy and spending money. There was a lotta cool things on Lazelle, but the real excitement came later that night when we headed over to the Buffalo Chip to see presidential candidate McCain.

McCain was there to give a quick speech to the masses before the Kid Rock concert. We had some of the best seats in the house from the Sucker Punch Sally party. Things got even better though when I called my friend Ronstar and he got us back stage. I have been sworn to secrecy about what we saw and experienced back there but what I can say is we met Dee Snider, Kid Rock, and Dale Barnhart Jr.
From the Chip we met up with the rest for the HB crew and took over the back bar at One Eyed Jacks, and that’s when things got really outta control. I’ll just say as the sober driver with a camera I should be able to make some good cash on the side blackmailing my co-workers.
