we were out and about on a small trip when we had a few things come up that we were not ready for. We needed a tool that no one had in there bag, long story anyway.... so we put a list together of things we would not leave home with out, but wanted to know what would you carry in your tool bag.

2. you maybe right that almost every rider out there has a cell phone but I'm not calling anyone until there is no other chose..A little thing like a 1157 brake light bulb can stop a trip don;t want to get pulled over something small and stupid. But what stop the trip was a low tire..If we had a tire plug we could have stop the leak, made it to a gas station fixed it and moved on. So i was asking about tools for roll bag things like a back up set of plugs and so on......

3. I carry an extra head light,tools to dismantle my headlight assembly, a ratchet with a plug socket and a set of allen attachments, a set of plugs,phillips screwdriver, octane boost, tire gauge, a tire repair kit. I think that about covers it. My dad carries a tool kit made for HD's that has every tool he needs to work on his bike. Notice the lack of a cell phone, don't carry credit cards, and my bikes never been trailered.
